Strong Stuff Dog Gear is completely made in England, using only the best quality British made materials available, everything I use is British, it may cost more but I believe in supporting British manufacturers above all. All collars are designed and made to last a very very long time, I am happy to give a lifetime guarantee on materials and workmanship, the only exception I have to make is that I do not replace gear which has been chewed!
This photo gives an idea of the construction of a typical 5ply collar, as can be seen, any pulling force from the D ring is easily absorbed by 8 layers of webbing, each layer has a breaking strain in excess of 5000 Kg! There are at least 5 rows of heavy duty rot proof bonded nylon stitching along the length of each collar, with diagonal reinforcement between the D ring and buckle, this should be the last collar you ever buy!

D Rings are welded type for extra security. collars are made from 1 continuous length of webbing (6 metres in an average collar!)
