Clubhouse hire etc

The CLUBHOUSE is available for HIRE when not being use by the club. As you can see from the photographs we have a large meeting/training room on the first floor of the new building with a large whiteboard and flipchart stand. The training room contains 6 large tables which can be folded flat, 70 stacking chairs and 12 comfy chairs. We also have a projector and laptop with internet wireless connection which can be made available. Tea and coffee making facilities are available together with a microwave oven. Downstairs we have male and female changing rooms with showers and toilets and a seperate disabled changing room and toilet. Access to the first floor is by internal stairs or disabled lift.The fantastic views across St Ives Bay are an additional attraction to this first class facility. No parking outside the premises but access is available for the delivery and collection of equipment and the disabled. Parking is available nearby. Cost of hire: -Training room only - £40 for the dayTraining room and use of showers - £50 for the day We also have a 4.5m x 3m POP UP TENT with detachable sides, one of which has a plastic window and one with a zip down through the middle. It is stored in its own container with wheels at one end and comes with guy ropes, sand bags and large anchoring pegs.Cost of hire - £40 per day SAFETY COVER FOR WATER BASED EVENTS - Our INSHORE RESCUE BOAT (IRB) is available for hire for events organised on a commercial basis. The boat is provided with a crew (Qualified driver and crew person) and the cost of fuel is included in the hire cost.1/2 day (up to 4 hours) = £100.Please note our charges for events organised by local groups is at a reduced rate.Please contact Tim Needham on 07786838525 for more details or to arrange a booking. The clubhouse has already been hired by Kerrier District Council, Cornwall County Council (Adult Social Care), West Cornwall Together, Mencap, the RNLI & Cornwall College who have all been very pleased with the facility.
