DELIVERY TIMESWe deliver between 7am to 12 noon.The castle should only take about 10 to 15 minutes to set up,then its yours for the day.We start our collection from 6pm.The pick up times are done on appointment slots. The earlier you book, the better the slot. Our latest pick up for a childs castle is 8.30 pm and 10.00pm for adult equipment. I.e if you are the first person to book a childs castle on the day you will be offered the 8.30pm pick up slot. The second person is offered the 8.00pm pick up slot and then so on. If you requrie a specific time for either delivery or collection this can also be arranged where possible.PAYMENTWe will ask for a cash payment when we deliver the castle unless other arrangements have already be made.CancellationYou have the right to cancel up till 2 hours before the castle is due to be delivered.There is no cancellation fee.
