Saturday 6 December - Hayle Illuminated Carnival - It is the 25th anniversary of the Illuminated Carnival and the organisers would like all entries to have a Silver theme we have therefore decided to be silver astronauts or aliens and we are all dressing in the paper suits that you can buy in diy stores for painting etc and spraying them silver-the good thing being you can wear warm clothes underneath! We will be meeting at the carpark next to the Library at 6pm.

Sat 29 & Sun 30 Nov - We are going to start painting the clubhouse inside and out as it is a requirement of our lease that we do this every 3 years, yes we have been in there for 3 years already! The paint has been very generously donated by Jewsons, thanks to the efforts of Gerard Hughes and Dave Mungles. Thurs 25 Dec - Christmas Day swim - meet at clubhouse at 10.30am. No wetsuits allowed - it's a tradition - don't miss an experience of a life time and work up an appetite for that Christmas dinner. Mulled wine, warm blackcurrant sqaush etc available in clubhouse afterwards.
