Dojo practice times

Thursday Makiwara practice is from 8 pm until 10 pm and is based in the Methodist Church hall Chapel lane, Hadleigh, Essex (Off the A13)

Saturday Matomae practice is from 1 pm until 3 pm and is based in the main sports hall of the Deanes 6th form sports college.
