If you would like to objection to this proposal please please contact Mr William Hill (Case Officer), North Lincolnshire Council, Highways & Planning, Church Square House, P.O Box 42, Scunthorpe, N. Lincs, DN15 6XQ or email to william.j.hill@northlincs.gov.uk

On the Background Info page there is a letter which should be of some interest. There has been a case in law where a District Judge awarded a property owner damages through the 20% depreciation in their property value due to the noise levels from wind farms. There are a few Articles that relate to this in the letter. Please have a look and see what you think. There is also a few pointers to completing your objection letters, should you have not already done so. These points I am assured will strengthen the case for objection! There is also a new letter stating on what points are the valid ones for the objections , they have to be based on the planning statement and nothing else. Please see the letter.

We have had it confirmed that if you objected at an early stage in the campaign, and are now more aware of the facts affecting the proposal, you may re-submit your objection letter along the lines of the suggested format found elsewhere on this site. You might like to take a look at the new drawing on the turbine height page. I have tried to depict where the streets are level with respect to the turbines height. I think you will agree that certain streets will be looking straight down the blades of the monsters, and I am sure that that could greatly increase the noise level for these properties. We feel that as we are now only able to object on planning issues, that the height of the blades in respect to out properties is a very important issue and one we feel makes our case an unique one. Please feel to supersede your previous objections to Mr Hill. Please note that final objections must reach the council by the 29th July.
