Before vacating, I will: ?Collect all linens, pillowcases, and towels from the beds and bathrooms and place on the washer and dryer. oCollect all garbage and place in containers in garageoPlace all used dishes and kitchen items in the dishwasher and start a wash cycle oRemove all perishables and food items from the refrigerator oTurn off all lights and appliances oClose and lock the premises o?I agree that if any of the terms of this rental agreement are not abided by, the owner may deduct the necessary costs from the security deposit. .Force Majeure: The Owner cannot accept, be responsible for or be Liable in respect of Loss. Damage or Changes caused by force majeure (strikes, floods, terrorist activities, closure of airports, weather conditions or a event beyond our control).no refunds or partial refunds can be made in the event of failure to arrive at the accommodation for whatever reason including but not limited to weather, transport, Visa regulations etc.Cancellation Charges.
