Vessel adrift north east of River Wansbeck
Newbiggin Coastguards requested the launch of Newbiggin Lifeboat after a small vessel was seen drifting out to sea northeast of the River Wansbeck. The lifeboat proceeded to the area and was directed to the craft by Newbiggin Coastguards. With no signs of anyone being on board the vessel the lifeboat returned to station with the craft.
