WINTER SEASON (approx October to April)SATURDAYS: -Surf Boat training on Stithians Reservoir..............?...10amNipper Session at Penzance Leisure Centre Swimming Pool (2 x 45 min sessions due to increased numbers)....6-7.30 pmSUNDAYS:-Beach/Sea Training???......?..?..............?.........1-4 pmMONDAYS:- Circuit Training (Age 16+) ........................................7.30-9pmTUESDAYS:-Swimming at Carn Brea Leisure Centre.............8.30-9.30 pmTHURSDAYS:- (when required)Theory for qualifications?............................................7-9 pm

Nippers are aged 7-13 years. All other sessions are for Juniors, Seniors and Masters and Nippers who are 12 years and over apart from circuits & badminton sessions which are limited to anyone 16+.Club sessions are free excluding Nipper sessions where subs of £1.50 are collected. Circuits are free to club members, all others £1 per session. Surf Boat training on Stithians Reservoir-£2 per person per session (maximum charge £10 so if more than 5 taking part, price per person is reduced accordingly)All other sessions where we have to hire premises a charge is made as follows:-Swimming at Carn Brea Leisure Centre - Juniors £2.00 Seniors etc £2.50 Non members £3.00Swimming at Penzance Leisure Centre ? £1.50 per session
